As a precondition for an appointment Dr. Hergenrather requests a physician referral or a release of medical records focused toward the condition for which the cannabis consultation is desired.  This could be limited to a few pages if clearly defining the medical diagnosis, such as imaging reports, pathology reports, surgical reports, and specialist consultations.  You can e-mail or fax your records to our office. Telephone Consultations

Consultation appointments are scheduled by the office manager.  With changes due to COVID19, face-to-face appointment are usually discouraged except for brief visits with minors accompanied by parent(s) or legal guardian(s).  This usually follows a phone or on-line consultation.

Dr. Hergenrather's office manager currently can be reached by phone on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 9-12 and 2-5.

Expert Witness

As time permits expert witness appearances may be arranged through the office manager. Initially, telephone appointments are arranged between the physician and attorney. Click here to make an appointment.
